Our daughters wedding on 11th of september was wonderful. the food was excellent as was the service. all our guests were very complimentary about the staff who all went the extra mile to meet everyones needs. thanks to all concerned. we wholly recommend the fox and goose as a wedding venue.

Our Daughter and Son In Law ( Emily and Scott Hicklin)
held their wedding at the Fox and Goose, Wigley.
We had an *** day, they wanted an informal and relaxed event and that is exactly what Anita and the team gave us.

we dined at the fox and goose last night to celebrate mine and my sisters birthday. The ambience, food and service were all outstanding. I had the salmon fishcakes to start and fillet steak for a main course - I can honestly say,the steak was divine, seasoned perfectly - the best I have ever tasted. Thank you to Lynne and Gary for a lovely evening.

We recently had our emmigration leaving party in the function room. Everyone who came had a wonderful time and particularly enjoyed the food!
A big thank you to all of the staff involved in making it a night to remember. The disco was fantastic, Pat and Tony played all of our requests...brilliant

Just wanted to say thank you again for a wonderful meal this evening. I can't believe I'm moving to the USA on Monday and I've only just discovered the place!
Will certainly be returning to the Fox and Goose whenever I come home to visit.

'Our wedding reception at The Fox & Goose could not have been better,
everything was perfect. We had many special requests, and a lot going on - a
marquee, five bands, fire breathers, chocolate fountains etc. - but the
staff handled it all superbly. Both prior to the event and on the day itself
the service we received was second to none. Also, the food was excellent,
and prepared exactly how we had specified.

We would recommend The Fox & Goose to anyone, everything from the scenery to
the service make it the perfect venue for a country wedding reception.

Our deepest thanks go to all involved, especially Craig, Anita, and Paul.'

We had a fantastic day and the weather was pretty good. It drizzled in
the morning but then it was dry and bright. Isobel was good throughout the
service but did cry when the Vicar held her! Venue was excellent, food was
delicious, everyone enjoyed it and had a great time. Will defiantly use
you again for future events.

Thank you so much for looking after us and you really did cater for our
every needs. I can not remember the name of the girl who was looking after
us on the day (can you let me know her name), she was extremely helpful.

Please pass on our thanks to everyone. Its just a shame its over now!
